After you submit your application via http://www.whs-12weekchallenge.com OR in any of our store locations,
WHS will call you to schedule your weigh-in + picture taking date.
On our end, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule even outside the stipulated dates.

Sign-up BEFORE May 5 as your 12 Weeks begin the date of your weigh-in + picture taking date.
The faster you sign-up; the faster you can start hitting your health goals – whether it is losing weight or leaning-up!

This year there are 2 categories:
Mr. & Ms. Amazing (fat loss)
Mr. & Ms. Fit (lean muscle gain)

Note:

-  For females:  Please wear sports bra and shorts/tights for the picture. 

   Or you can wear bathing suit or anything form fitting that outlines physique.

-  For males:  Shorts are recommended.

In addition, it is suggested that you wear the same attire in all 4 weigh-ins to physically visualize progress whereas the weigh-in reports from IntelaMetrix track measurement progress. 

We will need 20 – 30 minutes for your weigh-in.
